Self Adhesive Film Instead of Paint

In pursuit of cost optimisation, we have developed a method for covering areas of forklift truck bodies with self-adhesive film instead of painting them. This product is the result of a joint project with Linde. We developed a textured film surface for this application that matches the painted areas. This solution enabled us to fulfil the customer’s requirements, and follow-on applications based on it are already in production.

Jaybee Graphics, specialist screen-printing company a low-cost manufacturing site, the company manufactures technical nameplates, labels and overlays for industrial markets in Ireland and Europe with most products being screen printed on either sheet or roll fed face stock. The traditional markets for these products have been the Automotive and Electronic manufacturing sectors across Europe with the addition of the Medical devices manufacturing sector in recent years.
